Automatic Octobox Message

ERROR:

Not all the documents are processed. During the previous session an error occurred causing Octobox to close down incorrectly.

CAUSES:

Possible causes for this error:

- The server running the Octobox import engine was restarted

- The Octobox service was forced to restart

RESOLVE:

The following messages and/or process IDs need to be verified as some might be not be processed correctly. The messages have not been deleted from the server but may have been set as 'Read'.
